I'm Luciano. I've spent ten years winning new business and partnerships.
I've learned to sell, build outbound engines, manage partnerships, run stakeholder meetings and negotiate. I built my own music label and negotiated a three way deal with Atlantic, Warner and ADA, and I've generated £2m+ in new business.
Now I've built my own agency, Pinto & Partners, to put that experience and those skills behind other companies.
The Fit check is 15 minutes, then a short written summary of who to target and why. I'll tell you straight if it's not the right fit.

Brand partnerships for artists, labels, creators and entertainment companies. It runs in four steps.

- 2Find and negotiate the partner
I find the right brand, pitch it and negotiate the terms.
- 3Deliver
I work across both teams so the activation happens, like the in store event with Adidas.
- 4Report
You get a short report on what happened and what to do next.

The experience behind it.
My story
Ten years of failing, learning and winning.
I started out cold calling, booking meetings for enterprise IT and tech companies across international markets at Inside Global (formerly Inside Marketing) and Propeller Group. I learned how to sell, how to listen and how to talk to people so they want to keep talking.
As Head of Business Development and Client Services at a premium transport firm in London, I built the outbound engine and made it work, winning partnerships and clients in finance and banking, private aviation and a Premier League football club. New business grew by 20 to 30%. Covered by UKinbound
Then I built my own music label, negotiated a three way deal with Atlantic, Warner and ADA, and managed it across multiple stakeholders.
None of it came quickly. I failed, learned and stacked those lessons for more than ten years. Now I do it under my own name, as Pinto & Partners.
How I think
Becoming an expert takes 10,000 hours.
That is the thinking behind how I work. Failing, learning and stacking those lessons is what builds the judgement, and it is why every playbook I run comes from real experience, not theory.
Interviewed at the Houses of Parliament for the British Business Excellence Awards.

What you are buying
A founder with ten years of experience, not a junior.
At these rates you would struggle to hire a junior. Other agencies will take your money and send a junior your way. With me you are buying into my expertise and my time.
- Ten years in business development and partnerships
- The founder on your account, from the first call
- AI agents on the legwork, so my time goes on the relationships
Best forA team with a good offer and nobody yet leading partnerships.
For companies that want new business and partnerships built alongside them, with me involved in the introductions, the pitches and the close.
- Partnership development
- Introductions and pitches
- Closing support
- AI research, outreach and a weekly report
Best forA company that wants someone senior to own business development end to end.
For companies that want a full business development and partnerships function without hiring one. The most of my time and attention.
- Everything in Growth
- Ongoing partner relationships
- Regular strategy sessions
Best forTesting outbound before you add partnerships.
AI led outbound with a monthly strategy call with me. A way to test the approach before adding partnerships.
One time setup fee of £995. 3 month minimum, then 30 days' notice. On Growth and Partner you can add a 5% bonus on deals closed, paid only when a deal closes.
Compared with the alternatives
| Question | Founder ledMe | Hiring a junior | An agency that sends a junior |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who does the work | Me, with AI agents on the legwork | One person, learning on the job, plus the time you spend managing them | A junior, usually overseen by an account manager |
| Experience | Ten years in business development and partnerships | Early in their career, so you coach them | Often pitched by seniors, then delivered by a junior |
| Relationships | Mine, built over ten years, and used on your behalf | Usually still building them | Belong to the agency, not to the person on your account |
| Speed to start | Setup in the first 15 days, with no recruitment | Recruitment, notice periods, then training | Onboarding, then a handover to the team |
Questions
Fair questions.
Who sends the outreach?
It goes out from your accounts, in your name, only after you approve it.
How is this different from hiring a junior or an SDR?
A junior or an SDR is early in their career and needs managing, and you pay for recruitment and training before they start. With me you get ten years of experience, my relationships and the founder on your account from the first call. AI agents take the legwork, so my time goes on the conversations that matter.
Who does the work, you or the AI?
Both, and they do different jobs. I run the strategy, the introductions, the pitches and the closing support. AI agents research prospects, draft outreach and send a weekly report. You approve everything that goes out.
Which sectors and company sizes suit you?
I work with B2B tech and SaaS scale ups first, and with music, creator and entertainment companies and brands. The best fit is a company with a clear offer that is ready to take on new business and wants someone senior to lead it. The Fit check call is the quickest way to find out.
What does it cost to start, and is there a contract?
There is a one time setup fee of £995, and all prices exclude VAT. There is a 3 month minimum. After that it rolls month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
What happens after 3 months?
We review what worked and what came back, and plan the next 90 days. You can carry on, change plan or stop, with 30 days' notice. I'll give you an honest view of what I think the next step should be.
Will I definitely get new clients?
I can't promise that, and nobody honest can. Results depend on many things. You get senior effort, AI doing the legwork and clear weekly reports. The optional 5% bonus is paid only on deals closed.
